Exclusivity Options

Some of our clients require their Dogs or Puppies to stay with us exclusively. This may be for many various reasons such as elderly Dogs, Dogs or Puppies who are unwell or recovering from trauma or surgery for example. We also have high profile clients who simply wish to keep their Dog or Puppies stay and their visits private. However we will always respect ALL clients privacy whether they book exclusivity or not. We offer two levels of Dog or Puppy exclusivity as detailed below.

Exclusivity Option One.

Option one is total exclusivity 24 hours a day. Clients who decide to use this know that we will not allow any other Dogs or Puppies on to the premises for the entire duration that their Dog or Puppy is staying with us for their holiday or training course. This includes any other Dogs or Puppies staying for Full boarding, Day Care and Half Day Care, Residential Training or Visiting Training. No Dogs or Puppies will visit for the initial assessment check during a Clients total exclusivity period. Clients often require us to collect and return their Dogs or Puppies to various locations within the UK which we are happy to do. Clients also choose to visit their Dog or Puppy for an hour or two or for the whole day whilst the Dog or Puppy is staying with us for any extended length of time. We do also transport (UK Mainland only) Dogs or Puppies to see their owners for an hour or two during long periods of absence due to Clients work commitments etc. Additional fees will apply.

Exclusivity Option Two.

This option allows clients to decide that their Dogs or Puppies will be the only ones on the premises overnight only. Other dogs may come onto the premises for Day Care, Half Day Care and Training sessions for example at our discretion. We may also accept other Dogs or Puppies onto the premises for the initial assessment check. Clients often require us to collect and return their Dogs or Puppies to various locations within the UK which we are happy to do. Clients also choose to visit their Dog or Puppy for an hour or two or for the whole day whilst the Dog or Puppy is staying with us for any extended length of time. We do also transport (UK Mainland only) Dogs or Puppies to see their owners for an hour or two during long periods of absence due to Clients work commitments etc. Additional fees will apply

We are always happy to meet and discuss any reasonable requests clients have regarding the exclusivity, privacy, duration of stay and any special requirements the Dogs or Puppies need. This may include transporting the Dogs or Puppies for personal ‘Visits’ during the boarding period.

We are happy to deal directly with Clients Agents, Representatives or Personal Management Team if requested once the Clients initial signed authority is obtained.
