A very warm welcome awaits your Puppy or Dog. We offer an all round first class service. Our client base extends across the UK and from all walks of life. Many of our customers return to us for their Holiday Cover and Day Care on a regular basis. We are of course Fully Licensed and Insured as you would expect. We always require you to visit us with your Puppy or Dog before we commit to anything. We can go on a short walk and this will allow us to assess your Dog or Puppy. More importantly it will give you the chance to check us out too!

We are within easy reach of the M25, M1, M40, and A40. We are located at the end of the London Underground Metropolitan Line and the Chiltern Line. We are happy to collect and return clients to Chesham or Amersham stations by prior arrangement. We offer a nationwide collection and return service for your Dog or Puppy once we have all met at least once.

It is our aim to treat your Dog or Puppy as if it were our own pet; it will stay with us in our family home. We do NOT have any kennels!

Research shows that many Dogs experience distress at being kennelled for a large part of the day. This can lead to continuous barking, clawing at the ground or the kennel and accompanied by depression. Depression can lead to a low immune system which in turn leaves the Dog open to various infections such as Kennel Cough. Another problem many kennel owners face is spacing their time amongst the Dogs in their care. Because we only ever have a limited number of Dogs and Puppies staying in our home we spend a large amount of time with them.

We are based within the Chiltern Hills within an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have numerous Enchanting Woodland walks, Sweeping Meadows & Rolling Fields virtually on our doorstep the Dogs are walked at least twice daily for between 30-60 minutes for each walk as they require. Of course a young puppy will be walked more frequently for shorter periods to take into account both bone and joint development. Some of our current canine friends are quite elderly and again walks are tailored to the individual need. With us the Dog is respected and treated as part of the family from the moment they arrive. We will of course allow the Dog the freedom they experience with you in your home. We will also follow the Dogs normal sleeping habits. For example in a Dog Crate, Kitchen, Own Bed etc. Although Puppies and Dogs will not be allowed on family beds! Our basic boarding service does not include any training although this is an available option. You can board a Dog or Puppy for as little time or as long as you like subject to availability. Please remember though that we will only take a very limited number of Dogs and Puppies. Your Dog will be loved and cared for as if it were our own and will enjoy its holiday!

We can also offer EXCLUSIVITY BOARDING as required by some of our clients. We are of course happy to send updates/photos by e-mail whilst you are away. Although we specialise in Puppies and Young Dogs we welcome Dogs of all breeds and ages. We are happy to administer any medication that may be required and tend to special needs.

All Dogs and Puppies that stay with us must be fully vaccinated including kennel cough as required by the local licensing authority. This helps to provide the very best protection that everyone's pet deserves. Under NO circumstances will we accept a Dog or Puppy onto our Premises for HOLIDAY COVER or DAY CARE that has not been fully vaccinated. Dogs and Puppies may visit for assessment only if they have not had Kennel Cough Vaccination.

Due to our long experience in socialising and training UK ASSISTANCE DOGS and our growing customer base it is ALWAYS advisable to book well in advance to avoid disappointment!
